What is E-SARM?


The E-SARM (Electronic School on Aquatic Resources Management) is an information dissemination and technology transfer strategy using the electronic media to reach out PCAMRD's clientele in a cost-effective and rapid manner.

How to become an E-SARM student:
  1. Complete the online application to register in this course.

  2. Once you have paid the corresponding fee and has been admitted to the program, a student account will be created
    and you will be issued a user ID and password.

  3. Use this user ID and password to login.
